Do Something Different

 

A great way to increase your neuralplasticity is to make a conscious point of doing something different every day.  Take a different route to work, eat at a new restaurant, or walk a different route.  The more you do this your neuralplasticity increases.  You’ll begin to feel better, think differently, and see the world through new eyes.
