Let Yourself Howl


When you put yourself as Job 1 and become great at taking care of yourself and your needs, the occasional howl can be very therapeutic.  It’s a great way to clear out the negativity that’s building up and helps you release the frustration and angst.  Afterward, do some reflection and determine what erroneous thoughts you had that allowed this frustration to build.  Move forward smarter and with a more open heart.
