We live in a dynamic universe – change is the constant.  Flow with the changes your encounter while remembering the good times and positive moments in your life.  This gives you strength and helps make you who you are.  Much of who you are is based upon your past successes and failures – your history.  If you don’t like how you’re describing a past event, change it to better suit who you are in this moment.  Use everything you’ve encountered to make you stronger and more resilient.
