Take the time to begin accepting you just as you are.  Without acceptance, your resist to parts and label them “not good”.  The harm in this is that what you resist persists.  Besides leaking energy you age quicker, are more prone to illness, and will cease to grow and expand.  Once acceptance becomes your norm, you can then expand upon your starting point to greater improvement.
