What Are You Focusing On?

Where your focus goes, the energy flows.  What you focus on expands.  You see what you think about.

There are many ways of saying this universal truth.  What matters most is to be aware of it and use it to your advantage.  Use mindfulness to create the habit of creating a positive story that you repeat to yourself many times throughout the day.  Acknowledge your small wins and give thanks for your success and incremental movement forward.
